Yoosin is an investment funds and corporate lawyer. She advises asset managers, financial institutions, private equity, hedge funds and other corporations on all aspects of an investment cycle, ranging from the upstream investment fund formation to the downstream investments, including pre-IPO transactions, mergers and acquisitions and joint venture arrangements.

Before joining Ogier in 2025, Yoosin was part of an Investment Funds team for a global law firm. Yoosin completed her LLM at Tsinghua University, and graduated from Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Relations from Bond University.
