Grace works with Ogier Global, Business Services, Legal leadership and client delivery teams across all jurisdictions in relation to the strategic development of Ogier Global.
Prior to joining Ogier Global, Grace worked for several years in the Debt Capital Markets team of a listed financial services firm in their Jersey and Hong Kong offices. Grace is a Chartered Secretary with the Corporate Governance Institute and holds qualifications in Artificial Intelligence, cyber security and financial crime with the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
