Cait is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Ogier with expertise in fraud and asset tracing, insolvency and restructuring. Cait also advises clients in relation to a broad range of commercial and high-value contentious trust disputes.
Before moving to Jersey, Cait worked as a Dispute Resolution attorney in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she advised clients in relation to broad range of mining, administrative and commercial law disputes and large-scale contentious insolvencies.
In Jersey, Cait has advised in relation to Jersey insolvency procedures, breach of directors' duties, shareholder disputes, debt recovery, fraud and asset tracing. In addition, Cait has been involved in a number of complex, high value contentious trust disputes including in the context of high-net-worth divorces.
